This was a solar powered installation to monitor and control their producing facility. This installation monitors the incoming pressure to the facility from the wellhead to provide a high-pressure shutdown to prevent damage to their facility. The actuator has a fail-safe operation with an integrated battery backup in case of power failure from the solar system to ensure processes are continuously monitored and controlled. All tanks are monitored by continuous level measurement and can provide high alarms and high shutdowns to prevent environmental contamination from spills. In addition to the continuous level measurement, we also installed high level floats and switches to provide redundancy in case of level measurement failures. We are also tied into the producing units to provide a status, run times, and shutdown. All this data is brought back into our hosted SCADA system to provide real time and historical insights into the facility operations and trends.
